Happy new year all!
Well we have decided to sell the business, we are looking into renewal now and don't needanother problem just in case we don't get it.
Mind you we have been busy in looking into diffrent ways of getting through so we shall see.
New year was great, spent the morning making party platters for customers and the afternoon in seaworld, it was amazing, the 6 months have gone so quickly, I cried as usual when the clock struck midnight, glad 2007 was gone but scared of 2008 ( renewal imminent and all that good stuff )
Will have to see what happens, will keep you posted.

Helooooooooo,
still alive! not ready for xmas at all, mind you Rob and Brad were out nov putting the outside lights up, we have 3 spring xmas trees, snowflake projector, 2 sets of flashing palm trees, a reindeer that moves its head and my queen palms have their trunks lit, and Rob being Rob has added a music box that lives outside and plays carols, they are all synched to flash with the music!
Oh and i forget we have 750 lights outside the entire roofline that also flash with the trees!
business has been good and we won 2 awards at this years christmas presentation ( i was so shocked and burst into tears )
best unit of the year and best unit for quality service reviews, customer service and marketing!
They are on show in the store.

Well thought I would give Yall an update! LOL
We are doing alright, things are getting better at the store, we are busy as always,we are almost caught up with the supplier and hoping maybe i can draw a wage off next month ( damn well hope so as we are almost out of money!!! )
I'm managing to keep Brittany on the straight and narrow, although she needs to get away from her boyfriend, she has been told by everyone but she's "in love" <<<<<--- love is blind they say!

Well things are looking up!
The store has been very busy and the customers have been great and very supportive.
I have found some staff, one is experienced and knows her stuff and is eager to please, all good for me.
We have managed to sort out the unpaid overtime issue, and with my superb letter writing skills as you know! i managed to convince the court that it was all silly, i have agreed with her attorney to pay his fees $1,000 ( i hate having to pay this as it wasn't even my fault but there ya go )
now Deanna is still hell bent on going back she can go, i have grown to resent her, she has been backstabbing both rob and I, Brad however is doing so well, in fact in 2 months hes already got 2 A's !!!!!!!!!!
She can go as soon as we can get her back, she can't fly alone and we will need either my mum to take her back on ...

Hello Chris,
The kids are Brad who is rob's son he is 16
Deanna is also Rob's she is 12
And Lauren is 10 shes mine!
We are part of a franchise, which means they can dictate what colour I paint, what I sell, and where I can get my supplies, however I'm currently looking into other ventures!
The store did not look too bad today and a few of the customers noticed and did not like it either, I'm guessing it will look better once it is all completed.
I think by the end of sunday next week the entire store will be completed, just need to get a stencil with the words love the sub, then i can go along and spray it on, a hell of a lot cheaper than the runner at a wopping $350
I have never been so tired before, like today I did a 9 hour shift and i only sat down for 10 mins and did not eat anything, the plus side is that we had another fab day and took o ...

Helloo
Well things are looking up!
Hane had a few really busy days at the store, we did an amazing $1,100 Tuesday, we were already busier than usual, then we had a catering contract come in for a massive $279.99 !!
Couldn't belive it! So we ran around and got all the bits we needed and got to the store early so we could get it ready.
We did a good job and they were pleased.
We have bought paint for the store and it's going to be painted this sunday, I had got all the paint, but was told that I couldn't do it the way I wanted.
so now i got to paint it a horrid mustard colour and a golden cream, yeah it's as bad as it sounds! guess we wait and see how it comes out!
Rob has found a nice office 1/4 mile away from the store, and has been getting his bits sorted out.

I'm still bot right and had another trip to the docs, i have another prescription for more antibiotics $214.00 for 10 yes 10 !!!!!
So far it has cost me $418 dollars and im still not right!!!
I'm suffering with bronchitis still, its better than it was tho, praying to god that it goes this time!
We have been really busy at the store and have been making good progress and have been really busy, the locals seem to really like me and will spend ages chatting to me.
I'm sitting here at 1.51 am sending emails, can't sleep and feel too sick to lay down, thought i best catch up whilst i have the chance.
Mum goes home on tuesday man 3 weeks have flown by so quickly, but it will be nice to be able to totally relax in my own home and get the kids sorted out.

Well I had a call from the doctor who treated me and hes given me something else to take, seems I now have bronchitis!!!!
But I did not have to go back and see him, which is good and at least i can go back to the pharmacy and get antibiotics in ready for next time.
Some of you have asked why don't we have medical insurance, well reason is we tried last week and were told that we need to have been here 6 months to a year before they will insure us!!!!
So we are looking into other options as we speak.
I have been unable to get to work as I can't really be there with this, but I'm making changes and things are slowly coming around, the customers are lovely.
the kids are settling in and starting to play up so thay must be feeling alright!!!

Well I had only been here 3 days when I started to get sick, a sinus infection again!! arrghhhhh!!!
I took over the counter medicine sudafed and tynelol sinus congestion but i was getting worse.
After suffering 12 days of coughing and making myself sick with it and getting rid of nasty stuff I demanded Rob take me to a doctors, of course we don't have medical insurance yet, we have tried but it's rather complicated!
My friend Tammy went to one who charged $69 and gave me 3 prescriptions amoxicillin, one other antibiotic and cough mixture for night time and he told me I was bordering on Bronchitis!!! 
anyways got the prescriptions and we had generic medicines ( cheaper ) and all it was was $17.84 and I can have all 3 again without having to go b ...

Hi guys!
Well I have done my bit for animal warefare.
Today I gave 1,500 lady bugs a home, yeah thats right.
The home depot ( like B & Q ) had them in a mesh bag, you buy them and take them home and open the bag and let them out, they live in the garden and eat all the nasty aphids!
So there I am, 9.30 with the outside lights on talking to them saying they mustn't go outside the garden perimiter!
My friend Tammy here died laughing and said they won't be here in the morning, i dunno, but at least they can frolic in the fresh air!
Poor things, even the man in the store said it was just plain wrong!

hi guys!
Well we have been soo busy, driving here and there, our feet have not touched the ground!
We picked the car up a few days ago, and took the hire car back.
We have had the bath tub replaced and thats all sorted out, we have also learnt that we have to keep on the eye out for wasps!
They keep fornicating all over the place, and keep trying to make nests, however we have found a great wasp spray, shoots 30 feet!
So thats those killed off!
bit I keep looking and checking.
We have been in the store each day, making some changes, and helping out, I can see a few reasons why things have been tight, we are spending too much for payroll, and me working in there will cut this, although I can't draw anything off there for a while.
Kids bedrooms are almost finished and looking lovely ...

Right latest update, we have bought a car, well I say car but in fact it's an 8 seater 4 x 4 it's a ford expedition and a 2001 plate.
They don't so small engines here so it's a 5.8 litre!
We have had delivery of the kids furniture and have been putting it all together, it's looking lovely, just waiting to have mattresses delivered monday and I can do the fancy bit, of making the beds and feathering!!!
We collect the car monday and we can take the rental car back.
Rob got his toy this morning, yes a ride on lawnmower!!!
He was straight out on it and has done a fab job on the lawn, it took him an hour and a half to mow it, dread to think how long it would have taken him if he had been using a petrol mower!!!

Hi guys
Well this morning we were awake at 6am and Rob decided to book us in for the driving test ( we got to get this done within 30 days )
We arrived at 8.15 am and waited to be seen by the clerk, she asked for our visas and current driving licence and we had to take a eye test.
I failed it!!!!!!!!!
Yes you read that right!!
I was gobsmaked, I have been driving since I was 17 and have never had a problem driving, thing was they tested each eye, thats bad for me as some of you may know, I'm almost blind in the left eye, prefect in the right.
so she said I cannot issue you a licence today.
I was almost in tears, however the nice lady Rob was dealing with told her to say i had passed and got me to take the 40 multiple choice questions, to see if I would pass it.

Hi guys!
Well we have got here safely, the house was fine weather really hot and humid 95 today.
I'm shattered jet lag is a killer ( hence some typos in here ) and all the unpacking, sorting out and buting more stuff is soo tiring!
Missing the girls tho, really want to do an aqua class and have a natter, but the weight loss is looking really good!
Lauren has finally come round to the idea of living here ( thank god after all the aggro i have had shes got it! )
Kids picked out their bedding and i took it with me, so its all washed and ironed, ready for their beds to be delivered next week
will write again real soon.

Flights booked for Tuesday at 11am.
The shipping has gone now and will arrive around the end of June.
The kids are booked to leave 3rd July.
It's all go but it's all done and all we have to do now is wait for Tuesday.
Rob has finished work today ( friday ) all I need to do is pack the suitcase and we will drop the bags off at the airport monday evening and thats it.
I have called ahead and organised the trash bins to be delivered to the house ready for us getting there.
Can't do much else now.
Mum's birthday is tomorrow shes 70!
So we are having a little party for her after all shes been amazing.

Hi guys
Well it's sinking in along with the massive list of things to do, today I shall be at home packing the stuff for shipping.
We have most of it already in a friends garage, but as we have been at Robs mums for 17 months we have collected quite a lot, and that will also need to be boxed and taken over with the rest of the stuff.
Shippers are due to collect on Thursday, so I will be there at my friends all day ensuring it all goes off ok.
Our stuff should arrive in Miami 29th June and will be delivered to our door 1-2 weeks later after clearing customs.
I shall be able to make Esporta on Tuesday for the last time and we are looking at booking flights in around a weeks time.
Will keep you updated.

Oh yeah!!!
At long last, we have had great news, we have been approved for the visa!!!!!
got word today we just have to go through the interview at the american embassy in london.
I'm not able to say when the interview date is, I have been sworn to secrecy, but rest assured I shall post again when I have news!

Well my hubby ( Rob) had heard back from the visa lady and all we know is that vermont have recieved it and they have stamped it with a recieved date.
They have upto 15 days from then and we should have an answer.
However I don't know what date they stamped it as Rob has decided not to furnish me with that detail as I'm driving him nuts with stressing!!!!
Will let you know more when I do.

Well here we are, saturday 28th and sundridge will be closing monday 
Anyway we have been planning to emigrate to florida, or relocate as my hunni keeps telling me for 4 years.
We have purchased a business in florida, had a house built and waited 6 months for an interview at the embassy in London.
got there to be told they were not happy with the figures and said no.
Back to the drawing board, however we are now applying for a new visa and are due to file monday.
We then have to wait upto 15 days for it to be premium processed and we should have an approval letter.
When we have that we shall be making an apointment for the London embassy and with any luck they will take the passports and stamp them.
