Keeping yourself healthy

The baby boomer generation is probably the healthiest and fittest in history, and most of us are keen to stay active and young in both mind and body.

At AboutMyGeneration, we want to play our role in helping you (and us!) roll back the ageing process, and make the very best of our lives. We are working with several specialists to provide you with help and guidance on healthy living.

And we’ll be reporting on people who have overcome medical conditions and have managed to improve their quality of life, and we’ll explain how they did it.
 
We have also commissioned a collection of special articles on a variety of health issues. We’d like to get your reaction to them, and also if there is a specific area you’d like us to cover, just ask. Email editor@aboutmygeneration.com with your comments and suggestions.
