SunraysiaSunraysia Pure Squeezed Tomato Juice Partner with Prostate Cancer Research Foundation

Sunraysia has teamed up with the Prostate Cancer Research Foundation (PCRF), in what is an ongoing partnership. This is the first known collaboration between a prostate cancer charity and any food or drink product. The reason that tomato juice is so important in the diet is that contains lycopene, a disease-protective antioxidant that helps protect against prostate cancer

As well as a 5p donation from each bottle sold, Sunraysia Tomato Juice will also brandish the PCRF logo on the bottle, to help raise awareness of the charity. To read more click here...

Adrian Bridge

Pink on Ice

How far would you go to chill your Pink?

Adrian Bridge, creator of Croft Pink Port, went to the Antarctic to prove that his Port can be enjoyed well chilled in temperatures of -40C. And by the way he also scaled Mount Vinson, at 4897m the highest mountain Antarctic.

Adrian was raising funds for Nariz Vermelho (Red Nose), a non profit making Portuguese charity which trains people to become “clown doctors”.  It organises regular visits to 11 paediatric wards around Portugal.

The Blue Cross mission
Provide care, promote companionship - enhance animal and human lives

We heard a heart warming story about the Blue Cross. An AMG Member writes "I have just been on the receiving end of a marvellous charity. My poor cat Tao was attacked and nearly lost a leg and my vet bills ran into over £1000. I appealed to the Blue Cross for help as I am retired and on a pension with a little help from the government. They kindly paid half my vet bill and I will be fundraising for them for the rest of my life. Thank you to the Blue Cross"

We thought that the Blue Cross needed some recognition for this so here are some details about the charity and how to make a donation. Click here... for more
