Run for your life Edward Chapman started running after a health scare at around the age of forty, when he describes himself as a fat, office bound chartered accountant. Twelve years on he has run over 25 marathons, about 20 ultra-marathons (including the 55 mile South Africa Comrades marathon 6 times) and the Marathon des Sables. Facing redundancy in 2005, Edward decided on a complete career change  and started his own business – Run the Country - based on his passion for running.
