Hello and welcome to the AboutMyGeneration April Newsletter
March has been another bumper month in terms of new members joining the ranks of AMG and we send you all a very warm welcome. There are so many new features and great competitions this month that we thought we would make life easier for you and us by skipping our usual introduction and just giving you a brief summary of the Newsletter's contents.
We would particularly like to draw your attention to the AMG Crocus Walk, to raise funds for research into Breast Cancer, which will be taking place on Saturday May 23rd. We would be delighted to welcome any AMG members who can join us for the walk from Shipbourne in Kent.

In this edition she decides that the perfect pad in central London is the French Embassy, although the Ambassador doesn't know yet. She visits a very sophisticated place that would have Sir John Soane spinning in his grave and meets a very entertaining chef the same evening. A little known but luxurious hotel is the next venue where she talks Turkey with Phil Vickery. She returns to an old haunt of the Seventies where everything has changed, apart from the...Flamingos? It is then onto a spicy night out with businessmen and politicians. Her age starts to become an issue so a make over is just the ticket for the suit and on a more serious note she is busy organising a walk to raise money for a cause close to her heart.

Help raise funds to fight breast cancer
In memory of a dear friend, Jean Gooch, that we lost to breast cancer last year, the AMG team has organised the Crocus Walk to raise essential funds for Breakthrough Breast Cancer.
Many AMG members will have been affected by breast cancer in some way and so we are asking you to join, or sponsor, our Crocus Walk which will be taking place at Shipbourne in Kent on Saturday 23rd May 2009.
As well as raising funds and celebrating those we remember and love, it will, hopefully, be good fun and a chance to spend time with old friends and make new ones. So please help us make a real difference to the 46,000 women diagnosed with Breast Cancer each year and join, or sponsor, our Crocus Walk.
