Hello and welcome to the AboutMyGeneration April newsletter
With a particularly warm welcome to the record number of new Members that joined during March.

As the membership continues to grow and, based on feedback from Members, we believe that many people would like the opportunity to meet up. It would be helpful if you could let us have your thoughts on this. Send an email to peter@aboutmygeneration.com with ‘Event’ in the heading, telling us whether you would be interested in attending an organised event and the type of occasion you would prefer i.e. a purely social get together or a learning experience featuring workshops or seminars on health and fitness, midlife opportunities and IT skills. Also could you tell us whether you would be prepared to attend an event in London or would prefer it to be elsewhere?
Competitions Galore!
We have a great array of competitions again this month - many featuring unusual prizes. There is a fantastic trip to the USA for the person who submits the best recipe using SPAM® and ‘Essential Cattitude’ – a must have for all cat owners who would like to understand more about their pets' behaviour, For wine lovers there is a case of Beaujolais, two cases of Periquita Portugese wine and vintage Champagne with limited edition jewellery from Gosset. There’s also a set of BBC World of Comedy soundtrack CDs, theatre ticket vouchers, show tickets for the Housebuilding and Renovation Show and the Real Food Festival.
