Bella Cosa, Canary Wharf extends 20% off takeaway until January 2021

Bella Cosa is a casual Italian restaurant in the City overlooking South Dock. Serving a variety of pizza and pasta dishes in addition to Bella Cosa’s regional Italian specials, all using quality Italian ingredients

Headed by Daniele Profilio, an Italian Chef, born in Lipari, Aeolian Islands in Sicily. He started his culinary journey with his father and grandfather when he was very young. Daniele grew up in Rome and then moved all around Italy to learn and master Italian cuisine. At the age of 20, he moved to Bastia, then Marseille and later to Cannes to learn French Cuisine. He moved to Spain and worked in cities such as Barcelona, Mallorca and Ibiza to learn Spanish Cuisine, Molecular cuisine and Modern European.

In his years of studies Daniele did stages at various restaurants and learnt from many Michelin stared chefs in Italy, France and Spain. He arrived in the UK in 2016, first in Poole, Bournemouth and then moved to London as an Executive Head Chef for Guste Remo and Adore Remo. He headed many prestigious kitchens such as Novikov-Mayfair, Cacciaris’s and In the City Salotto 31. Since August 2020, Daniele heads up the Bella Cosa Kitchen.

During these difficult times Bella Cosa launched a 20% discount on its takeaway, and is extending the offer until the end of January 2021.
