The half-day course is the perfect crash course for anyone looking to mix up the traditional Christmas lunch spread or wow their guests come Boxing Day. Kicking off with a filleting workshop, guests will hone their skills under the watchful eye of FishWorks’ Head Fishmonger, Benny Yong. Prep complete, you’ll enjoy a practical lesson in fish cookery, before you delve into the art of shucking oysters, dressing crab, and even curing your own salmon. Finally, enjoy the fruits of your labour with a spectacular lunch – enjoy the fish and seafood cooked in class with individual wine pairings and a selection of seasonal sides.
