These beautiful ingredients combine to produce a concentrated gem of a relish. Thanks to its punchy flavour, a little goes a long way.

Dollop on a burger, spread over a pizza base, stir through freshly cooked pasta, or spoon over a whole camembert before baking in the oven and don’t forget using as a dunker for crusty bread.
