French Family Values meets True British Tradition

Gather round for the New Sunday Lunch A La Blanc

Sunday lunch just received an extra layer of comfort, courtesy of Raymond Blanc. Taking the humble roast to a whole new level, Brasserie Blancs are now serving a delicious new take on every family’s favourite weekend tradition.

Featuring alongside the group’s authentic French favourites, Raymond’s right hand man and Executive Chef Clive Fretwell has tapped into his Yorkshire roots – and his hand-picked family of UK suppliers – to create a new trio of roasts that include special added extras that elevate these plates far beyond the basic meat and two veg.

Roast Cornish shoulder of spring lamb comes with a mini homemade shepherd’s pie, a slow cooked lamb bon bon, Provençale stuffing and minted pea purée. Outdoor-reared roast pork sirloin is served with black pudding and a pulled pork bon bon with apple sauce. And the free range roast Cornish beef comes complete with a mini homemade cottage pie, pumpkin puree and Yorkshire pudding.

Family rows over who gets that last crisp roastie or final drop of rich gravy will be no more as both come bottomless, served up with further delicious sides of cauliflower cheese and seasonal vegetables.

Embrace French family values while tucking into a truly British tradition at Brasserie Blancs across London and nationwide from 12 noon every Sunday*, with two courses starting from just £20 and three courses from £25.

Gather the generations together and sit down to family Sundays, as they should be.
