Live Music Bottomless Brunches at Tibits Bankside

London’s leading vegetarian & vegan restaurant group, tibits, are pleased to announce that they will be hosting a bottomless brunch complete with amazing live music for the first time ever at their Bankside restaurant in the beautiful Garden Room

To celebrate 10 years of tibits being in London, the Bankside venue will see 10 local artists perform across five dates, launching with the first event on Sunday May 27th. With emerging new artists, bottomless drinks and a chance to select dishes from tibits famous Food Boat, all for £35ph, it promises to be a monthly event not to miss!

Taking place on the 27th May, between 14:00pm and 17:00pm, the first event will see favourite dishes on the spring menu such as Onde al Limone with delicious in- season asparagus and Raw Vegetable Pad Thai paired perfectly with the bottomless drinks on offer including Freedom Brewery’s Vegan Larger and tibits Vegan Gin & Tonic. Other fantastic food choices include the Carrot Lox, a vegan alternative to the wildly popular Salmon original and the ever so moreish Quinoa-Potato Burger, all complemented by a refreshing Gin and Tonic or tasty lager.

Live music will be provided by 2 of London’s most exciting emerging artists – first up will be Sakura, whose musical style is beautiful melodies backed by stunning live guitar. Followed by Ste Forshaw, who has carved a name for himself with an uplifting folk style. Following dates will included artists such as Ralph Taylor and Steph Oliver on the 17th June and Hattie Whitehead and Howard Rose on the 8th July. The 29th July sees a return from Ste Forshaw and Katya DJ, the 19th August artists are still under wraps! Sit down and enjoy a superb afternoon indulging in some of tibits finest fare whilst the new talent perform their newest music.

tibits was founded in the year 2000 by three vegetarian brothers, Christian, Daniel and Reto Frei, who were uninspired by the lack of vegetarian offerings in their native Switzerland. Together with Rolf and Marielle Hiltl, owners of renowned Haus Hiltl, Zurich’s oldest vegetarian restaurant, they opened the first tibits, in Zurich. Since then tibits has become one of Europe’s most well known vegetarian and vegan restaurant brands with locations in Switzerland, UK and soon Germany.

What has made tibits such a successful and award-winning brand, is the commitment to their original mission statement, ‘offering a diverse and interesting menu from breakfast through to dinner with ever evolving and changing dishes’. Across all tibits restaurants today you’ll find over 40 dishes available on the “Food Boat” with influences from across the globe, and all housed in a warm and welcoming environment. With this excellent offering it’s not surprising they see their customer base grow year on year.
