Pasta Masterclasses with Simone Remoli: June Series

The sun is finally out meaning it’s officially dinner party season – cue a new series of exceptional pasta-making courses from Simone Remoli

Simone, founder of Pasta Remoli, is bringing his popular masterclasses back to the Bellavita Academy in June; giving you the opportunity to learn how to prepare delicious fresh pasta and sauces the authentic Roman way. Simone’s even introduced a brand-new vegan masterclass for this next course, so even more enthusiastic home-cooks can get involved!

With over 15 years of experience creating delicious pasta at top restaurants in Rome and the UK, Simone’s masterclasses will reveal his exclusive top tips for making perfect Italian dishes.

A love of quality, seasonal Italian ingredients is at the heart of his cooking, and Simone’s recipes draw inspiration from his native Roman cuisine, but with his own special twist.

Simone will take you from the foundations of how to prepare traditional fresh pasta and original Roman sauces – all the way through to exciting new flavours and technique, including Simone’s original vegan gnocchi which offers a unique, lighter selection that is perfect for the warmer weather.

With four classes to choose from, guests can choose to attend as much of the course as you wish. Each individual class is priced at £75, or the entire four-week course (including an exclusive graduation dinner held at Pasta Remoli Finsbury Park) is £275 per person. At each fascinating masterclass, all ingredients and equipment will be included, and of course, you’ll also be invited to enjoy the hard-earned dishes you’ve prepared while you’re there!

Course Description:
  • June 4th, 6:30pm – 8:30pm: Tagliatelle, Penne and Roman sauces
  • June 11th, 6:30pm – 8:30pm: Filled Pasta with Ravioli and Tortellini
  • June 25th, 6:30pm – 8:30pm: Vegan Gnocchi with different vegan sauces
  • July 2nd, 6:30pm – 8:30pm: Baked Pasta with cooking techniques
