Foxdenton Gin and World Cocktail Day

Sunday 13th May is World Cocktail Day, to mark the renowned occasion Foxdenton Estate Gin have developed two cocktail recipes using their fabulous fruit liqueurs

World Cocktail Day marks the official date in 1806 when the first definition of a cocktail was printed, defined as “a stimulating liquor, composed of spirits of any kind, sugar, water and bitters,” and Foxdenton Estate Gin could not be more excited for you to celebrate with one of their fruity cocktails.

Each recipe has been carefully composed using only the finest Foxdenton gin; including Foxdenton’s famous 48% London Dry Gin to give your cocktail a strong burst of flavour. Raspberry Collins


  • 30ml Foxdenton Original 48 Gin
  • 30ml Foxdenton Raspberry Liquer
  • 30ml fresh lemon juice
  • 30ml soda water
  • 2 raspberries
  • To Garnish: 2 raspberries, 2 sprigs of mint


In a highball glass, muddle the raspberries, add the gin, raspberry liqueur and stir. Fill with ice and top with soda water. Then garnish with the remaining raspberries and the mint sprig, sit back and enjoy!

Damson In Distress Cocktail


  • 50ml Foxdenton Damson Gin
  • 15ml Luxardo Amaretto Liqueur
  • 7.5ml Fresh lemon juice


Shake all ingredients with ice and serve garnished with a slice of lemon.
