Easter Eggs
  • This year, Paul’s Limited Edition Easter Egg is the eye-catching Machu Picchu Signature Egg, made using Guittard 65% Peruvian Dark Chocolate and hand painted in bright metallics by the Master Chocolatier himself. To celebrate Guittard’s 150th anniversary this year, the egg will also be accompanied by a box of 9 truffles made from their rare anniversary 62% blend, with Paul currently the only chocolatier in the UK offering a taste of this exclusive chocolate. 10 of these eggs will be available via each of Paul’s three chocolateries.   • This year, Paul’s sumptuous 72% Dark, 38% Milk & White Chocolate Easter Eggs are decorated with fun coloured sprinkles for big (or little!) kids. Available in Medium and Large sizes (£25.00 or £40.00).
  • Back by popular demand is Paul’s iconic Salted Caramel Hen’s Egg, which comes perched inside an egg cup, for the best ever “Soft Boiled Egg” experience – the “yolk” is Paul’s multi award winning Sea Salted Caramel (£19.95).
  • The colourful Half Egg uses Guittard 72% chocolate and is filled with Paul’s famous Salted Caramels. Adorned with bright hundreds and thousands, it makes the perfect nostalgic gift. (£25.00).
  • The Small Half Egg is the perfect tea time treat for milk chocolate lovers – tuck into the caramelised milk chocolate shell and save its two chocolate chick inhabitants for later that afternoon (£7.00)

Truffle Collection

With a collection blooming with fruits and botanicals, the Spring Chocolate Collection is a celebration of the coming warmer months, with seasonal inspiration to be found with every bite. New truffles and chocolates include Raspberry and Rose Caramel, Hot Cross Bun Truffle, Peach Bellini, Lemon Thyme, Sweet Almond and Bergamot, Sweet and Salty Popcorn Truffle and Candied Fennel Seed. Across the Easter weekend itself, Paul has also teamed up with South Place Hotel to bring you the Choc-Tail Hour, where decadent Easter cocktails can be enjoyed in their private guest lounge Le Chiffre. Each cocktail has been paired with a bespoke truffle with The Raspberry Rum Delight cocktail matched with a Paul A Young Raspberry and Rose Petal Caramel, while the Ramos Chocolate Fizz will come with a delicious Champagne truffle. The Chocolate Sazerac cocktail will also be also paired with Paul’s award-winning sea salted caramel.
