Pasta Remoli in Finsbury Park Launches New Summer Menu

There’s nothing quite like an exceptional bowl of pasta. At Pasta Remoli, each plate is made with love and cooked to perfection and as summer has arrived there are new seasonal dishes gracing the menu

Chef and founder, Simone Remoli, promises authentic, Italian handmade pasta with fresh ingredients and maximum flavour. Diners can choose from a variety of seven pastas, and five filled pastas, with a range of around 14 different sauces, and five cheeses, in addition to a range of antipasti to begin the meal.

With the weather getting warmer, our customers at Finsbury Park have been asking for more ‘summery’ dishes. Maybe something that reminds them of eating in the Italian sunshine! My customers are always my number one priority so we have introduced a beautiful grilled octopus starter, and a fantastic Fritto Misto with lovely calamari, anchovies and beautiful red prawns. Belissima!” commented Simone

With a Michelin background, Simone’s dishes are incomparable to other pasta dishes customers may find on the high street. His signature dish, Lobster Linguine, has also been put back on the menu for summer to the delight and demand of his regular customers.

With higher demand for free from products, Simone has introduced a new gluten free ‘Tiramisu Remoli’ to satisfy that sweet craving for those whose favourite part of the meal is dessert.

The summer menu at Finsbury Park will put a smile on anyone’s face. Of course, we have my signature Lobster Linguine on the menu, but you can never go wrong, whatever the weather, with our Truffle and Mushroom Ravioli or our famous Oxtail Agnolotti.” Says Simone.

Pasta Remoli is currently open in Finsbury Park and in Westfield Stratford City.
