Building on last year’s success, Chang Sensory Trails is back for a second year running, kicking off its 2017 global campaign in London, before travelling to San Francisco, Singapore and New York. This free to enter, un-ticketed event is coming to London on the 29th of April, and aims to ‘deliver the unexpected’ by introducing the world to a modern, refreshing take on Thai food, art and music. At Chang Sensory Trails, there is a story behind every bite. Curated by Chef Bo and Chef Dylan, from renowned restaurant Bo.Lan, the duo is eager to share with visitors a unique culinary journey inspired by their fondest memories. Come on down to experience some of the UK’s finest Thai restaurants.

Presented the inaugural award for Asia’s Best Female Chef in 2013, Chef Duangporn Songvisava, or ‘Bo’ as she’s more commonly known, has continued to build on her position as one of Thailand leading culinary figures. Her restaurant Bo.Lan, co-founded with her husband, Chef Dylan, continues to improve its standings year over year, coming in 19th at Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2017.

As Bo’s better half and Bo.Lan’s other half, Chef Dylan Jones is a highly respected chef in his own right, carving out an impressive career from humble beginnings.

Never one to settle for convention, Dylan left his hometown of Canberra for a more tantalizing prospect – the food crazy city of Melbourne, where he first fell in love with Asian flavours.
