The Dorchester launching a new series of Wine Dinners

Starting on 31 March 2016 at this iconic British hotel

The Grill’s head chef, Christophe Marleix, and head of wines at The Dorchester, Vincent Pastorello, have worked closely with the world’s finest wine and sparkling wine producers to create a five course menu paired with the wines selected for each evening.

Event dates
  • 31 March 2016 – Jackson Family Wines – Family-owned Company that crafts award-winning wines of distinct character and quality, with special focus on sustainable viticulture practices. In addition to their acclaimed California producers, JFW includes fine wines from France, Chile, Italy and Australia.
  • 5 May 2016 – J.L Colombo – Colombo’s company offers 27 wines representing major appellations of the Rhône Valley as well as the Languedoc and Roussillon regions of southern France.
  • 15 September 2016 – Chateau la Coste – Château la Coste vineyard, 20 km North of Aix-en-Provence is a special place where land, wine and art come together. Visitors can see the ‘Pavillon de Musique’ by Frank O. Gehry, enjoy the Tadao Ando Art Centre Café and marvel at the large scale permanent sculpture by Tracy Emin, ‘Self Portrait: Cat in a barrel’.
  • 10 November 2016 – Coates & Seelu – Family business designed to bring together French winemaking craftsmanship and the uniqueness of the English chalk terroir with an absolute dedication to producing only wines of the very finest quality.
