Afternoon Tea Cocktail Class – 12th February £50 per person
The Vinopolis Afternoon Tea Cocktail Class takes the quintessentially British delicacies of a traditional afternoon tea and then de-constructs each delicious flavour to be re-created into unique cocktails.

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Canard Duchêne Cuvée Léonie Champagne, the perfect start to any afternoon tea. The class led by Vinopolis experts includes the classic Victoria Sponge Daiquiri; a truly fruity and creamy surprise. Cocktails also include the Earl Grey, Shaken not Stirred and the refreshing palette cleansing Apple Tartini. Last but most certainly not least there is the velvety Black ‘Forrest’ Gâteau, created by Vinopolis’ Senior Wine Expert Tom Forrest.

The experience is followed by an evening of entertainment hosted by Sion James with an incredible line-up including Twenty Twelve’s Sara Pascoe, stand-up comedian Andrew Watts and musician and comedian Earl Okin.

Canard-Duchêne Champagne Banquet  – 20th February £120 per person
An exclusive evening hosted by Vinopolis Wine Expert Tom Forrest and the Directeur général Alexis Petit-Gats from the renowned Canard-Duchêne Champagne House in Ludes, France.  Alexis will match and discuss the style of Canard-Duchêne champagnes with each of the four courses to emulate the traditional banquets the house host in France.
